Cadis Focuses on Training as Growth Continues

August 6, 2010. CADIS, supplier of award-winning enterprise data management software to the financial sector industry, are pleased to announce their partnership with SFM Capital Markets Training to redesign and strengthen their staff, client and partner training.

CADIS have to-date successfully managed their training needs with in-house resources. As growth continues, an enhanced training capability will allow the software house to offer the same high standards across a growing client, employee and partner base.

SFM are specialists in capital market and technology education. By drawing on the experience of SFM Capital Markets Training, CADIS are able to benefit from training expertise quickly and on a flexible cost-basis.

SFM have finalised a comprehensive new training offering to be available to CADIS clients. SFM are also advising on the structure and rollout of an accreditation course, aimed specifically at CADIS’ 3rd party business partners.

CADIS’ investment in training reflects a management desire to pursue growth opportunities whilst also enhancing client satisfaction levels. Evidence from the financial software sector suggests that underinvestment in training can lead to confused clients and support staff who are not able to demonstrate the true value of the software.
