BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We advise you against making any travel arrangements before receiving confirmation of your place on a course.

Payment
Upon our confirmation of your place(s) on a course, you agree to pay and will be invoiced for full course fees. Pre-payment in full is required for course attendance and we regret we are unable to guarantee your place on a course until we have received payment.

Cancellation
A 100% refund of the course’s listed price will be given for cancellations made in writing to us (email, fax or letter) and received up to 14 business days before the scheduled course date. A 50% refund will be given for written cancellations received up to 7 business days before the course date. We regret no refunds can be given for written cancellations received 7 or less business days before the course date.

If we change the date of a course for which a confirmed booking has been made and you are unable to attend the course on the new date, a full refund will be made of any associated course fees paid.

Substitution
If you are unable to attend a confirmed course, you may send a substitute delegate at no additional cost.

Postponement
Course delegates wishing to change their confirmed booking to a later course date must notify us in writing 5 full business days before the original course date. An administration fee of 15% of the course’s list price will be charged. Only one postponement is permitted. Thereafter a further postponement request will be treated as a cancellation.

Non-Attendance
If delegates confirmed for a course fail to attend or the confirmed booking is cancelled without the notice specified below, the full course fee remains payable.

Disclaimer
SFM Capital Markets Training Ltd reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses for reasons beyond its control. Under all circumstances the company’s liability is limited to a full refund of the course fee paid.

SFM Capital Markets Training Ltd reserves the right to alter the course programme / course tutor / venue due to circumstances beyond its control.

SFM Capital Markets Training Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to property belonging, or any personal injury incurred, to attendees during the course, within the venue or otherwise.
